At Quick Fix After Hours Chiropractic Care we are able to provide affordable care for you by keeping overhead costs low. We do not employ staff to provide insurance submissions; instead, we provide you with the customized procedural document called a Superbill. This is the document accepted by most insurance companies as proof of your condition and patient payment. In turn, you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement consideration directly to you. We do not deal directly with insurance companies, so it is your responsibility to know your policy and perform the submissions. Or, you can submit the Superbill as proof of payment to utilize pre-tax dollars in your Flex Spending Account or Health Savings Account (HSA). Many patients elect this latter option if they are members of an HMO (ex. Dean Care, Physician's Plus, GHC, Unity, etc). 

By not contracting with any insurance companies (other than Medicare), we are able to provide you comprehensive care that encompasses every region of your health care needs without "nickel and diming" you. An adjustment is always a standard fee (and discounted because you pay at the time of service), regardless of the number of spinal regions or extremities treated. Under insurance guidelines, each area is examined/treated and billed separately, resulting in a higher fee. So, whatever ailment you may have, feel free to let us know because many patients are unaware of the many maladies that can be relieved through Chiropractic Care (ear infections, constipation, etc...). Be sure to let Dr. Nelson know what ails you and she will make sure you leave better than when you came in...with accessibility and affordability!
